As an independent venture finding its footing, every dollar counts. Right now, I am avoiding expensive third party storefront software and checkout fees by handling every order manually. I know that means a couple of extra steps on your end instead of a standard one click cart, but know that I truly appreciate your patience and support!
Here is how the process works so you know exactly what to expect:
Submit Your Request Below: Fill out the form with your desired items, sizes, quantities, and preferred payment option.
Review & Quote: When I am on shore, I will typically review your order and reply within 24 to 48 hours. If I am offshore delivering a boat or running passages without cell service, there may be a brief delay, but I will get back to you as soon as I hit the docks.
Payment Invoice: Once I verify inventory and calculate your shipping, I will email you an invoice and payment information through your preferred method (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal).
Packing & Shipping: Once I receive payment, Colleen and I will pack your gear and ship it out within 3 to 5 business days, sending tracking details to your inbox.
A quick note on our Heritage Totes: Each tote bag is individually patterned and sewn right here using retired, ocean sailed canvas. Stitching details, colors, and weathered patina vary from bag to bag. No two are bags identical, meaning your bag carries its own unique piece of authentic sea history.
